As the name suggests, this lead is designed for long distance casting. The nose-heavy design makes it very stable and also gives good hooking efficiency.
The nose-heavy shape of this lead means it flies straight like an arrow; it just goes where you want it to go. Instead of a swivel, the Heli version has a ring, which makes it ideal for use with the Heli-Safe system and gives a much neater set-up that will cast even better.
