Team Outdoors is looking for reinforcement! We never sit still at Team Outdoors and have plenty to do every day. We have a diverse team of 18 people aged 18-60 and we share a love for fishing and outdoor. We are looking for a real all-rounder who is strong in customer contact but also wants to get his hands dirty digitally and physically behind the scenes! Fulltime Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you are the face and first point of contact for Team Outdoors, your responsibility is to advise and sell fishing equipment. You ensure that our store is in tiptop condition and share your product knowledge with our customers. Are you passionate about fishing and outdoor and do you want to be part of an ambitious team? Then we are looking for you!

What are your responsibilities?

• Sales of fishing and outdoor equipment.
• Accurately recording returns and service items
• We “own” our store and ensure that everything is neat and stocked and that customers leave the store with a smile.
• Provide support to the warehouse or customer service guys
• Staying up to date with product information and identifying product or sales issues, which you then report to your manager.
• Organizing sales events in and around the store
• Analyzing sales data

What do we expect from you?

• You are independent, have strong communication skills, are proactive and like to get things done.
• You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Your working hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00, on Saturday you work from 9:00 to 17:00
• You are a real team player.
• You want to be just that little bit better tomorrow than you were today!
• You are responsible for what happens in your store, you see areas for improvement and you proactively address them.

What do we offer you?

• An attractive and challenging position with varied tasks.
• 2300-2900 gross € depending on your experience
• An independent job, we are not going to micro manage you, you own that store and are responsible for it. You look critically at turnover and visitor data and discuss this with your manager. You discuss what is going well

Full-time employee: Logistics Employee Outdoors Team

What does your workday look like?

As a logistics employee you work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You walk into the warehouse and see that Ronald is already busy collecting orders and in the meantime Mik presses a cup of coffee into your hand.

You see that Brian and Ronald have prepared a large box with new Shimano reels for you and start the day by taking inventory of this stock. You make sure that there are enough products on the shelves in both the warehouse and in the store. Then it is time to pick the online orders accurately and carefully pack them in the right protection and size box with a nice gift for the customer.

Later that day, the stock must be inventoried and you replenish the goods. With a scanner, you neatly and logically store the products. Check the EAN code for each product and count when storing whether the number corresponds to what is indicated on the scanner.

In addition, you ensure that you leave the work and work environment tidy at the end of your workday. This way, your colleague can sit down at a clean workstation for the next shift. Then it is time to round off the day and go home!

What do we expect from you?

• You are accurate, reliable, proactive and like to get things done.
• You have good communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language.
• You are available 40 hours per week.
• You are willing to work on Saturdays.
• You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and are willing to help out outside your regular hours during busy times.
