Part-time/ Full-time Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist you are the first point of contact and the ultimate representative of Team Outdoors, your responsibility is to answer questions and complaints from both our online customers and customers in store. In addition, you act as the first point of contact for store staff when they have questions from customers. With your commitment you offer customers an exceptional service of the highest level, where quality and customer service are paramount. Are you passionate about fishing and outdoor and want to be part of an ambitious team? Then we are looking for you!

What are your responsibilities?

Answering and handling inquiries via phone, email and social media.
Accurate completion of warranty and return processes.
Provide effective support to store staff.
Handling and minimizing returns by providing the correct information.
Keeping up to date with product information and identifying product problems, which you then report to your manager.

What do we ask of you?

You are independent, communicatively strong, pro-active and like to tackle things.
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing.
You are willing to work occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings.
You don't have a 9 to 5 mentality and are willing to help outside your regular hours during busy times.
You are a real team player.
You want to be one step better tomorrow than today!

Part-time/ Full-time employee: Logistics Employee Team Outdoors

What does your working day look like?

As a logistics employee you work from 9:00-17:00 or from 13:00-21:00. You walk into the warehouse and you see that Ronald is already busy picking up orders and meanwhile Mitchell presses a cup of coffee in your hand.

You see that Bryan and Ronald have prepared a large box of new Shimano reels for you and the day starts with making an inventory of this stock. You ensure that there are sufficient products on the shelves in both the warehouse and the store. Then it is time to carefully pick the online orders and carefully pack them in the right protection and size box with a nice gift for the customer.

Later that day, the stock must be inventoried and you replenish the goods. With a scanner you can store the products neatly and logically. Check the EAN code for each product and count when loading whether the number corresponds to what is indicated on the scanner.

In addition, you ensure that you leave the work and working environment tidy at the end of your working day. This way your colleague can join a clean workplace for the next shift. Then it's time to wrap up the day and go home!
