Korda Chod Rig Long Barbless

The Chod Rig is a very effective set-up for fishing on a messy bottom, knowing that your hookbait will always be presented for the carp to pick it up. It is also an excellent option if you want to cast towards fish that show up without causing a lot of disturbance in search of a clean spot on the bottom. It can be quite a fiddle to tie the rig, but with this ready-to-use version you save yourself all that hassle and you have a rig that many anglers will not easily tie better themselves.

The parts and knots used are exactly the same as Danny Fairbrass prefers, with our Mouth Trap hooklength material and Choddy hooks. There are two different versions available, Long and Short, depending on the type of presentation you want to achieve, with Short often being preferred for a naked chod setup. Each Chod Rig is finished with a Ring Swivel so you can attach them directly to your mainline or leader. They come barb and barbless, in sizes 4, 6, 8 and 10, with 15lb, 20lb and 25lb Mouth Trap (depending on hook size). Each pack contains three Chod Rigs.
