The fastest, "easy to set up" shelter just got better with the introduction of the phenomenal Tempest RS Brolly. At the core of the bivvy is the well-known patented hinge block, which makes setting up simple and quick. Set-up time, usability and functionality are further improved with the Rapid Knuckle System, which allows all five main ribs to be locked in one effortless movement. Simple and safe, setting up your carp fishing tent has never been easier.
Additional improvements to the Rapid Shelter include a built-in canopy to minimize water infiltration in and around the door. This canopy can be expanded even further for even more protection with the addition of a Skull Cap. The rear of the shelter has been made flatter than its predecessor, striking an optimal balance between internal storage space and aerodynamics, making it easier to fit on the smallest of swims.
Airflow through the shelter has been improved with Adaptive Ventilation® on six ventilation windows (four at the rear and two at the front), allowing airflow even when it rains. To stay cooler in summer, the four rear windows can be secured to create shaded areas, which, when used in conjunction with a Skull Cap, can reduce the internal temperature by several degrees.
For optimal storage there are four internal pockets, two on each side and two on the front. The ones on the front have a hanging loop where you can store essentials like your receiver or even your jacket for when you need to quickly get out of your shelter for a bite in bad weather.
