Petromax Atago Grill Plate

The Atago grill plate is the extension for the all-rounder, the Petromax Atago. With the plate made of 3 mm thick oiled steel, hearty meat specialties can be grilled with great precision thanks to different temperature zones and even heat distribution. At the same time, fish fillets or savory grilled vegetables can be cooked on the outer edge in a temperature zone with a lower temperature. The patina will improve after each use of the grill plate. Due to the natural non-stick effect of this patina, little fat needs to be added during use. The three-armed frame is easy to use, can be assembled without tools and can be stored flat after use. Once assembled, the plate can simply be placed on the frame, the shape of the frame will hold it firmly in place. Charcoal or firewood can be added during use through the opening in the middle of the Atago grill plate. The handles make the plate portable and allow for a quick change from grilling to fire bowl. Thanks to the flat design of the baking tray and the Frame, the baking tray can be easily stored in, for example, a van or camper.
