Daiwa 23 Emblem Surf 45 SCW QD

The 23 Emblem Surf takes the winning formula of the previous model and adds improvements. The ZAION V technology is used throughout the hull and rotor. This carbon-based composite is lighter and more resistant than traditional materials and is completely corrosion-free. Although the reel is 25 grams lighter, it is still designed to handle the rigors of shore fishing. The combination of the powerful Digigear II with the protection of Magsealed ensures smooth and problem-free use. However, it is the 45mm 'LC' Long Cast spool and the precise Slow Cross Wrap line that ensure the excellent casting performance. It is also equipped with AirBail and Twistbuster II, for optimal flow of the line back to the spool. Equipped with a shallow profile spool for 300m of 0.30mm it is also supplied with a deeper reserve for 300m of 0.35mm. Finally, the presence of QDM shortens the range between casting lock and preferred resistance.
