Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 20:00 will be shipped the same day (if all items are in stock). If not all items are in stock, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. In that case, we will of course inform you of the expected delivery time. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page.

We use the following stock statuses:

• In stock – Items are shipped directly from our own stock, if you order before 20:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, the items will be shipped directly. If you order after 20:00, the items will be shipped the next business day.
• Directly available, 2-3 days – Items are in stock at our supplier and will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days.
• Directly available, 3-5 days – Items are in stock at our supplier and will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
• Pre-order – A new item that is ordered especially for you from our supplier. The delivery date of a pre-order is unknown.
• Out of stock – Item is sold out and has an unknown delivery time.
• Never available again - Item is sold out and will never be available again. You also cannot add this item to your cart
• 1-3 weeks – Expected delivery time of this item is 1-3 weeks.

The shipping costs are:
Netherlands (NL): €5.95 Deliveries in the Netherlands are free for orders over €50.
Belgium (BE) & Germany (DE): €5.95 Deliveries in Belgium and Germany are free for orders over €100.

We ship free of charge to Denmark, France, Luxembourg & Austria for orders over €250.

Please note that shipping costs will be charged for post-payment methods such as Afterpay and In3.

Our products are shipped with GLS. On the day of shipment you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code with which the delivery day and time can be requested. You can also change the delivery day and time via the same email. GLS also has the option of a delivery on Saturday. To make use of this you can contact us. If the carrier asks you for a drop-off permission or continuous drop-off permission, we advise you never to give this, if you are not at home at the time of delivery, choose delivery to a parcel point. In the event of damage or loss of a package for which a drop-off permission has been given, we can unfortunately no longer do anything for you and the carrier also accepts no liability.

Is your package larger and/or heavier than the permitted dimensions of our carrier. Then, after picking your order, the cheapest possible way of shipping will be considered. We will contact you for this. It is therefore possible that the prices of shipping differ from what is indicated below.
